By entering a photo competition, or otherwise submitting a photo, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

Conditions for all submitted photos

• Submitted photos may be published on the channels and expressions of VVV Texel without mentioning your name. However, in most cases we will mention your name with the photo.
• VVV Texel can give external parties, such as journalists and partners, permission to publish the photos. Please indicate this when submitting a photo if you do not give permission.
• Photographs must be taken on Texel.
• Photographed persons must agree to the submission. Any privacy claims are the responsibility of the photographer.

Conditions photo competitions

• Participants in a photo competition give permission for the processing of personal data in connection with their participation. VVV Texel will treat any personal data collected confidentially in accordance with AVG legislation.
• The personal data collected will not be given to partners or third parties without the permission of participants. The personal data can be used to execute the photo competition and to announce the winner.
• Participants under the age of 18 may only take part in a photo competition with the permission of a parent/guardian.
• Submitted photos should be at least 1 MB in size. Photos with a lower resolution will not be judged by the jury or nomination will be void.Photographs submitted with watermarks, photographer's names, organisations, locations, places, dates and/or other information will be excluded from participation.
  
• Winners of photo competitions will be chosen by VVV Texel.
• Winners will be notified by email and may be announced on this website and/or through the social media channels of VVV Texel.
• There will be no correspondence about the nomination and election of the winning photos.
