Where can I play golf on Texel?

Texel boasts a great 18-hole, A-status golf course; Golfbaan De Texelse. This golf course nestles among the dunes in the northern part of Texel. It is an exceptional course, with dunes, water features, large greens and a unique Par-3 course specifically for new players. More experienced players will love the Par 72-course with its challenging hazards. You can book the complete golf package or classes at the golf school, which offers introductory lessons or a full course of lessons. The golf shop has all the necessary equipment for sale or hire.

Beach golf

Do you really want to do something special? If you are visiting the island with a large group of people, we recommend a game of beach golf. As the name implies, you play on the beach and it's a lot more difficult than it sounds. That's why you'll get started on practising your swing and putting. Once you have mastered the basics, you can move on to the beach golf course. Beach golf is arranged by Teambuilding Texel for groups of 8 and over.

Midget golf

Of course, you can also play a game of midget golf on Texel at Circuitpark Karting Texel. It's fun for all ages! There is a playground and a picnic area too where you can take a break.
