The views from Kaap Noord beach café on the “Vlieland Boulevard”, close to the lighthouse, are exceptional, even by Texel’s standards. Come and enjoy Kaap Noord’s informal atmosphere and delicious food!
At Paal 31, close to De Cocksdorp you'll find Faro Beach, a pavilion on high stilts and with stunning views. Faro is Spanish for lighthouse and the menu is composed with a nod to Spanish cuisine. Homemade paellas, nachos, fresh calamari and other tasty bites.
This amazing beach café is located among the dunes between the wildlife area of De Slufter and the Manden Valley. Try the marvellous meat and fish dishes at this welcoming restaurant! Please note: closed for a month after the Christmas holidays in January.
This fantastic café, which has a log fire, is situated on the beach close to De Koog at Pole 17. Come and feel the wind in your hair, read the paper, sunbathe, enjoy water sports, party, dine, barbecue, marry or strut your stuff. Beach café Paal 17 open daily, all year round.
Beachclub Texel is open 365 days for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The coffee here is made from our own roasted coffee beans. Tip for a winter walk: between Paal 19.5 and Paal 20 a paved path runs over the dunes. From the Zeereeppad you have a beautiful view of the beach and the sea.
The Peek by the Sea restaurant has a beautiful view of the North Sea and is located at Paal 15 beach near Den Burg. Popularly, Paal 15 is also called Westerslag. Here you can enjoy a fresh lunch, coffee and cake, drinks and a nice dinner.
Beach café Paal 9, hidden among Texel’s dunes not far from the picturesque village of Den Hoorn, is built of wood. The menu is varied and will tempt people of all ages.
