Farmer Jens and his parents have a farm with Texel sheep and white chickens between Oosterend and East. Local products The sheep and lambs are always outside. The lambs spend at least 100 days in the pasture and the animals are slaughtered on Texel. Farmer Jens sells lamb, raw wool and knitting wool from their own animals.
