Roparun Estafette Texel
Sunday, May 4, 2025 During the Roparun relay, teams of young and old run together, in relay form, for 21 or 30 kilometers through a beautiful, authentic part of the island. A team consists of four people: one person always walks while the three others cycle. Every kilometer there is a pole and there is a change. Start is at Stayokay in Den Burg. Start time: 2 p.m. at Stayokay in Den Burg. Entry fee: minimum €10 per team of 4 people, but more is very welcome. After all, it's for a good cause! Participation is possible from the age of 9 and you can register via: connie@sportstichtingtexel.nl

Important to know
The entry fee benefits the Roparun. During the 'real' Roparun, relay teams run in relay from Paris or Hamburg to Rotterdam. The Texelrunners team participates and raises money for people with cancer. The motto of the Roparun is, "Add life to the days, where no more days can be added to life." One hundred percent of all sponsor money raised goes to the charity. Do you want to support or sponsor?
