Sunday, May 28, 2023 The trio Lut, Saskia and Annemarieke will perform again in De Vermaning. You can almost speak of an annual tradition. Three singers/musicians with their own sound who give each other space and know how to complement each other with a broad repertoire of pop, blues, folk, country, fragile songs and southern temperament. Their infectious enthusiasm gets the room moving. It promises to be a relaxing afternoon of music. Time: 3:00 p.m. Cost: Free admission, accepts voluntary contribution.

De Vermaning Den Hoorn
This church is well hidden: from the road you have no idea that there is a church on Diek. This is due to its history, De Vermaning was built as a hidden church for the Mennonite congregation. Access through a secret gate The gate of Diek 11 gives you access to the path that takes you to the church. The church is hidden behind a row of houses and in the backyard of Diek 11, as it were. Exhibition space The church is no longer used for services of the Baptist congregation. It is now a place where exhibitions and activities are organized.
