Kerstconcert van Muziekvereniging D.E.K in de Hoornder kerk
Tuesday, December 19, 2023 In the Hoornder Church, the musical society D.E.K will give its annual Christmas concert under the direction of Rachel Vroom-Barnard. The varied program of Christmas music, from "Away in a Manger" to "Christmas on the Rock," will be performed. In addition, the audience is invited to sing along with some familiar traditional Christmas carols. Afterwards, hot chocolate and mulled wine will be available in de Hoeksteen. Start time: 7:30 pm. Costs: entrance is free.

Hoornder kerkje
The church is currently being renovated and is temporarily closed to the public. The most engraved church on the island is undisputed: the Hoornder church. Unlike other churches, this church is located just outside the village, surrounded by a beautiful Texel landscape. Wedding location The church is a popular location to get married. Many couples fall for the charm of the church. Curious whether it could also be a wedding location for you? The church is open weekly in the summer. Summer evening concerts The acoustics in this church make the space extremely suitable for musical performances. Every summer, concerts are held here, by international talent.
