Then book a group tour with Farmer Jens and discover everything about farm life on this beautiful island! What does a sheep farmer on Texel actually do all day? How did the characteristic garden walls come about? And how do you know when a sheep has to lamb? During a pleasant and educational tour, sheep farmer Jens takes you through his meadows. He tells you everything about his work, the Texel sheep and the importance of sustainable agriculture. The tour starts with a warm welcome and a cup of coffee or tea. Then you walk through the vast meadows while Farmer Jens shares his experiences. The tour lasts about an hour and a half and is suitable for a maximum of 10 people, so that it remains personal and interactive. For larger groups we can arrange a customized tour.
