Excursion through the salty creeks of De Slufter

The Staatsbosbeheer guide will take you through the special nature reserve De Slufter, located in the National Park Dunes of Texel. Walking over the salt marsh, wandering along creeks and climbing over dunes, you will discover what lives and grows there. Due to the open connection with the sea, the seawater even reaches the dike in extreme weather! The plants that grow here can withstand this and sometimes even need it to survive. In every season and in all weather conditions, it is an experience to go on an excursion through this beautiful area. Be surprised by everything there is to see and discover! Start time: see the calendar with the price overview. The excursions last 2 hours. Costs: adult (from 13 years) € 14. Child (8 to 12 years) € 9.50. Age: from 8 years.
