Optreden Artex Kamerkoor Dodenherdenking
Saturday, 4 May 2024 The Artex Chamber Choir during the annual memorial service in the Burghtkerk. The choir will sing songs by Mendelssohn and Dvorak during the commemoration, conducted by Dyo Wassink and Ellen Verburgt. Musical accompaniment will come from Rachel Vroom on piano. This will be followed by a silent march to the General Cemetery. Time: 6:45 pm to 7:30 pm. The church is open from 6:30 pm

De Burght kerk
The large church that you can already see in the wider area of Den Burg is De Burgt church. This is the church of the Protestant congregation. A service is held here on Sundays, the church is also used as a location for events. Climbing the church tower In the summer months, the church tower is open on certain days. From the high tower you get a beautiful view over Den Burg and the surrounding landscape. Event venue The church is regularly the stage for exhibitions, performances and memorial services.
