Saturday 1 to Sunday 30 July 2023 Cobie Bremer (1956, Oosterend) attended the Textile Work Forms teacher training course and did various courses and workshops in the creative field. Sometimes she works from the structure of the subject; other times it is mainly the color that inspires her. In the Aan Zee exhibition, the beach and sea are her source of inspiration. She tries to capture the endless movement of water and sand by felting with wool and silk. Material that challenges her to a search for more and more possibilities. And every time she finds something new to explore, discover and work on. An exhibition that perfectly captures the unique appearance of the beach and sea and that goes perfectly with the intimate atmosphere of this special location. The artist regularly works on location; in any case on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 1 - 3 PM. Opening hours: daily from 10 AM to 6 PM.
