In De Cocksdorp there is, of course, the lighthouse, and from the top of the lighthouse you have a good view of the sea and Texel. Here you can see if rain, wind or sunshine is coming. But it is also nice to stroll around De Cocksdorp for a while or if the sun is shining just sit down on a terrace.
Something that is beautiful to see in De Cocksdorp is when the North Sea and the Wadden Sea come together. As a result, there is a dangerous current and forbidden to swim.
