Dalea Dekker

Dalea has worked at VVV Texel since she was 20 years old, which is since 1984! Within the organisation, she has held various positions. Since 2020, she has been Database Marketer.

What do you do at VVV Texel?

‘As Database Marketer, I deal with analysing, checking and reporting data from the various departments. I also work on Travelbase's back office, for example by adding new accommodation, helping partners with questions about Travelbase and suggesting points for improvement. What I enjoy most is seeing that the figures confirm gut feelings. But also seeing the effect of all kinds of ongoing campaigns. I love working at VVV because no two days are the same, VVV is innovative, and I have incredibly fun/loving colleagues!’

Manager of the Font Office department of VVV Texel is Daniëlle. She makes the rosters and oversees the day-to-day running of the department.

Marie-Christine Pijnenburg

Marie-Christine is a Front Office Employee and answers the phone, emails, apps and social media messages. She also works in the shop regularly.

Afke Jimmink

Afke has been working in the Front Office department since 1997. She informs guests in the shop and online about activities on the island.

Melissa de Vries

As a Front Office employee, Melissa is happy to answer your questions about Texel or accommodations. She has been happily doing this since 2018!
